To support this, I offer post surgery scarwork therapy which promotes healing and regains normal movement and function; Manual lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling and excess fluid build up in the body, especially anyone suffering form the chronic conditions like Lymphoedema; I provide recovery programmes and hands-on rehab for sporting and day to day injuries, all designed to get you back to what you were doing or want to do as quickly as we can. As someone approaches the end of their life, comforting, soothing palliative care massage can also be provided.

All my treatments are provided in the comfort of your own home. I live in Foggie so I cover an area roughly bounded by the A96, A97 and A98. This includes towns and villages such as Fochabers, Portgordon, Buckie, Portknockie, Cullen, Sandend, Portsoy, Whitehills, Banff, Cornhill, Fordyce, Foggie (Aberchirder), Turriff, Keith, Newmill, Huntly and everywhere in between.

During the treatments, I only use natural skin care products to promote health for compromised, sensitive and traumatised skin in my treatments. These are also available to buy through my website and I am happy to make local deliveries or post nationwide.
