I am an artisan micro-baker based in Insch. Every Friday apart from the Fridays immediately preceding the monthly Huntly Farmers' Market, you'll find me in the close beside Morrisons Daily (formerly McColls) in Huntly's town square. I'm there from 11.30 until 1.30. I sell real breads, sourdoughs, baguettes, focaccia and viennoiserie such as croissants, pain au chocolat, danish pastries etc - no need to pre-order, just join the queue. Every item is handcrafted by me and I use only the finest Scottish flours and salt for my sourdoughs and for my pastries, the best French pastry flour and small batch cultured butter from Edinburgh. Every week it's a different menu. On Saturday's you'll find me at a farmers market - Huntly, Dufftown, Foggie (Aberchirder) and Macduff. I also sell from my home in Insch between 4 and 5 on Fridays (pre-order only).
