The Culinary Kiwi Bird - Artisan Sourdough & Viennoiserie Baker

I am a multi-award winning artisan micro-baker based in Insch and every item is handcrafted by me using only the finest Scottish flours and salt for my sourdoughs and for my pastries, the best French pastry flour and small batch cultured butter from Edinburgh.

You'll find me in Orb's Bookshop in the town Square, Huntly on a Friday between 11.30 and 1.30. I'm not there every week so check out my website or socials for my detailed schedule. I sell real breads, sourdoughs, baguettes, focaccia and viennoiserie such as croissants, pain au chocolat, danish pastries as well as sweet and savoury tarts and a no sugar granola - no need to pre-order, just join the queue. I am also the sole stockist on the mainland for Burnside Orkney Farmhouse Cheese ... think Orkney's take on a halloumi or paneer, it's delicious.

On Saturday's you'll find me at the following farmers' markets - Huntly, Dufftown, Foggie (Aberchirder), Macduff, Forres, Byres Farm at Spey Bay and at Insch's Strawberry Fayre each June.
